Terms of study

These terms govern use of this website and enrolment in study with Percept Weavepoint Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”), a company established in Thailand in 2014. Acceptance

By using the site or by confirming a seat, a review, or a circle evening in writing, you accept these terms. If you are booking for a colleague, you confirm you have authority to bind them to the classroom rules. The public pages may be read without an account of any kind; correspondence starts only when you write or call.

The study engagement

The academy teaches momentum and RSI analysis in person. A confirmed booking is a contract for the described mornings, the ninety-minute review, or the Thursday evening named in our reply. Descriptions on the study-track pages form part of that contract. Later movement in any market is outside the contract. Staff will not tell you to buy or sell, and a reading written on an annotation sheet is practice, not a recommendation.

You agree to arrive able to work in English, to keep the oscillator covered until price has been read, and to leave orders, account statements, and custody questions outside the room. We may refuse a chart that cannot be shared with the table, or end a contribution that turns into a trade call.

Fees

Fees shown on the rates page are in Thai baht and are informational until confirmed in our written reply. Payment is by bank transfer to the account named in that reply. The website does not collect card payments. A receipt is issued in the company name when the transfer clears. Refunds, no-shows, and rescheduling are set out on the refunds page, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Site text, the reading-order page, drill structure, and unused printed packs belong to the academy. You may keep and photograph your own marked copies and your own sentences. You may not republish the shared packs, sell the reading order, or present the drills as your own course. Market prices printed for study remain the property of their data sources; they are used in the room for teaching and are not a feed you can redistribute.

Conduct

The room is small. Harassment, recording of other students, or pressure on another person to reveal a position is grounds for ending the engagement without a further seat. We will refund the unused portion only as the refunds page allows.

Liability

Study materials are prepared with care and can still be wrong, incomplete, or overtaken by the market. To the extent Thai law allows, the academy is not liable for trading losses, missed prices, or decisions you make after a morning. Nothing excludes liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The total fee you paid for the relevant engagement is the practical ceiling of any claim that remains.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If a clause is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page; a booking already confirmed keeps the terms that were current in the confirmation letter.
