Refunds and cancellations

These rules apply to study booked with Percept Weavepoint Academy Co., Ltd. at 500 Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan 10570. They cover the six-Saturday classroom, the private chart review, the evening divergence circle, and a quoted closed morning. Send refund requests to hello@percept-weavepoint.click or call 023851127. How to ask

Write from the email we hold on the booking, with your name, the track, and the date of the first morning or appointment. We confirm receipt within two working days. Approved amounts are returned by the same bank transfer path used to pay, in Thai baht. Processing after approval takes up to fourteen business days, longer if the originating bank holds the transfer.

Classroom seat

Cancel fourteen days or more before the first Saturday of your term and the seat fee is refunded in full. Cancel between thirteen and seven days before that Saturday and half the fee is refunded; the other half is kept because the pack has been counted and the chair is hard to refill with a prepared sheet. Inside seven days the fee is kept, unless the academy cancels the term.

If you have attended the first Saturday, later mornings are not refunded. Illness or a travel failure may be moved once into the next term if you write before the missed morning and a chair exists. A second absence stays an absence. A printed chart pack already handed to you is not refundable as a separate item; its cost sits inside the seat fee.

No-show and late arrival

A classroom seat is held for thirty minutes after 09:00. After that the sheet may be used by the room and the morning is counted as attended for refund purposes. A private review is held for fifteen minutes. A missed review inside the notice window below is not refunded.

Private chart review

Cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight hours before the appointment for a full refund, or to move the time once. Inside forty-eight hours the fee is kept, including when files were already printed. If we cancel, you may take another time or a full refund. Work already done in a review that has started — marks on the charts, the written note — is not refundable.

Evening circle

A single evening is refunded in full if you cancel at least seventy-two hours before 18:30. Inside that window the chair fee is kept. On a four-evening arrangement, cancel the whole run at least seventy-two hours before the first evening for a full refund. After the first evening has begun, remaining evenings are not refunded, and a missed Thursday is not moved to a later month.

Closed mornings and deposits

A quoted closed morning may require the full fee, or a stated portion of it, before we print a private pack. That portion is the deposit. It is refunded in full if you cancel fourteen days or more before the date. Inside fourteen days the deposit is kept if the pack has been printed for your market. If we have not yet printed, we refund the deposit less any bank charge the transfer actually incurred.

When the academy cancels

If we cancel a term, a review, or an evening, you choose a later date or a full refund of the unused fee. We do not offer a partial credit in place of that choice.

Exceptions

These rules are the whole refund policy for the study we sell. They do not cover travel, hotels, or wages for a morning you missed. Where Thai consumer law requires a remedy we have not written here, that remedy applies.
