Privacy notice

Percept Weavepoint Academy Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal information collected through this site, by email, and by telephone. The controller’s address is 500 Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan 10570. Contact: hello@percept-weavepoint.click, telephone 023851127. This notice is written for visitors and students in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act.

What we collect

From the enquiry form and from letters: your name, email address, the study track you choose, an optional preferred date, and the message you write. From the telephone: the number you call from and whatever you choose to say. If you enrol, we keep the confirmation, the transfer reference needed for a receipt, attendance at the mornings you booked, and any annotation we agreed to store with your pack. We do not ask for identity-card images, brokerage logins, or account balances.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer you and to take steps toward a study contract. We use the classroom register to run the term, to know which pack is yours, and to issue a receipt. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping a small room orderly. Where a consent choice is stored in your browser, that notice is described on the cookie page.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twenty-four months so we can find an earlier letter if you write again, then deleted. Classroom registers, receipts, and related correspondence are kept for five years to meet accounting needs, then deleted or reduced to an anonymised count of seats. A refund dispute is kept until the dispute is closed and the accounting year is finished.

Your rights

You may ask for access to the personal data we hold, for correction of a wrong detail, for erasure where the law allows, for a limit on processing, and for a portable copy of what you gave us. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand. Send requests to hello@percept-weavepoint.click. We will answer within the period Thai law requires.

International transfers

Correspondence may be stored on the academy’s mail host. If that host keeps messages on servers outside Thailand, the transfer is limited to answering you, keeping the register, and meeting the retention periods above. We do not sell personal data and we do not send student lists to marketing networks.

Who else sees it

Niran Chaiyasit and Maliwan Srisuk see the enquiries they need to teach. A bookkeeper sees the name and amount required for a receipt. We do not publish the register. Seat stories on the reviews page are used only with the writer’s permission, and you may ask for one to be taken down.

Students

The classroom is arranged for adults. Please do not send information about anyone under 18. If we learn we have received a child’s data, we will delete it.

Security and this notice

Access to the mailbox and the register is limited to the two instructors and the bookkeeper. No method of storage is perfect; if a breach creates a serious risk we will tell the people affected and the authority, as the Act requires. This notice may be updated by changing the date above. The cookie page explains the small amount of storage that happens in the browser itself.
