The company was established in 2014 in Samut Prakan. It still teaches one subject: how to read momentum and RSI beside price, on paper, in English, without turning the morning into a call to trade.
Percept Weavepoint Academy Co., Ltd. was registered in Thailand. Niran Chaiyasit had spent fourteen years on a Bangkok dealing desk marking daily bars in SET shares and local gold. He rented a ground-floor room in Bang Sao Thong and invited six former colleagues to a Saturday circle. The only sheets on the table were price, a momentum line, and RSI.
Maliwan Srisuk joined after teaching secondary mathematics and then working as a junior analyst. She took over the drills. The circle became a classroom with a twelve-seat limit, because a larger room made it impossible to read every annotation sheet before people left.
Graduates asked for somewhere to bring a chart that still bothered them. The evening divergence circle started on the first Thursday of the month. It has kept that calendar, and it still asks for one chart, not a watchlist.
The academy is in the same district, at the address in the footer. The October classroom is the current term. The packs are still printed. The company has not opened a second room, and it does not intend to, while the sheets are marked by hand.
Principal instructor
Niran learned RSI from a worn copy of Wilder's book and from years of marking SET closes after the desk had gone quiet. He teaches the sequence and takes private reviews that turn on momentum. He will stop a story that has raced ahead of the sheet.

Price is read before the oscillator is uncovered. That rule is older than the company name, and it is the one we will inconvenience a guest to keep. People who want the RSI pane open from the first minute find the first hour frustrating. The frustration is the lesson.
Disagreements are written as one sentence. A paragraph usually means the writer is defending a position they held before they sat down. Maliwan's pencil finds those paragraphs.
Nobody is asked to place an order in the room, to open an account, or to show a statement. The market you follow stays yours. We only ask that the chart you bring can be read by the person across the table.
The academy's relationship to the district is ordinary and local. Students come from Bang Sao Thong, Bang Phli, Phra Pradaeng, and from Bangkok on the train. Correspondence is in English because the room is mixed. Receipts go out in the registered company name.
